PNFF - Todos Contam

“Todos Contam” website is the portal for the National Plan for Financial Education (PNFF).

“Todos Contam” is a financial education portal that provides useful information and tools for personal finances management of and presents information to support financial decisions inherent in different stages of life.

It also works as a platform for disseminating financial education initiatives, projects and materials developed by the financial supervisors and by the various entities that participate in the Plan. 

The National Plan for Financial Education was launched in 2011 by the three financial supervisors – Banco de Portugal, the Portuguese Securities Market Commission, and the Insurance Institute of Portugal (current Supervisory Authority for Insurance and Pension Funds) – within the scope of the National Council of Financial Supervisors and had the endorsement of the Minister of State and Finance.

The Plan aims to contribute to raising the population's level of financial knowledge and promoting the adoption of appropriate financial attitudes and behaviors. The activities developed under the Plan have the participation of a wide range of partners, represented in the Monitoring Committee, of which APAF is a part.
