APAF's Advisory Board is composed by number from 5 to 7 elements, 3 of which inherently: the President of the Board of the General Assembly, the President of the Board and the President of the Fiscal Council
The remaining members of the APAF Advisory Board are elected by the General Assembly, which will also designate the president of this body for periods of 3 years
The members of the Advisory Board can be re-elected
The Advisory Board must meet, obligatorily, at least once a year, before the General Assembly of members
The Advisory Board issues opinions, which can be taken as binding
It is incumbent to the Advisory Board to assess the APAF' Activity Plan and formulate suggestions for initiatives and methodologies that may contribute to the enrichment of the Association, survey the main matters relevant to Financial Analysts and APAF, develop actions to promote APAF, encourage the recruitment of new members and collaborate with other governing bodies and, in particular, with the Boar
